When you join the waitlist, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, email address, WhatsApp number, role, where you are based, where care may be needed, who you support, and what kind of help you are looking for. We may also receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device details, and the time of submission.
How we use information
We use waitlist information to contact you about early access, understand demand, improve RockCare, prevent abuse, keep records of consent and communication, and prepare safe product operations before launch. We do not sell your personal information.
Health-related information
The waitlist may include health-related context if you choose to share it. Please do not send urgent medical information through this website. RockCare is not an emergency service, and this website does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Legal basis and consent
